Welcome to Mrs. Basler's 5K Classroom

I have been teaching in the Fall River School District since 1995. It was my first teaching job! From 1995 until 2008, I taught 4 year old Kindergarten iincluding Special Needs students. Since 2008, I have been teaching 5 year old kindergarten.

I graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with an Associates Degree in Special Education. After working on the Menominee Indian Reservation in Keshena, and the Rio School District, I pursued my teaching degree at U.W. Whitewater with a degree in Early Childhood Special Needs and a degree from Marion College in Pre K- 3rd grade.

My desire to be a teacher began when I was 12 years old! I enjoy working with young children and have loved teaching students in Fall River. The families in this community are committed to their children and school and I feel honored that I have been a part of this great school district !
