TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

All colleges and universities, as well as many scholarships and places of employment will ask for an official transcript that must be sent from the school attended. A transcript is a record of the grades a student has earned in their high school coursework.

To request a transcript, please email Mrs. Liebenthal at aliebent@fallriver.k12.wi.us and please include the following:

full name (maiden if married)

year you graduated

the name and address of the college or university

whether or not to include your ACT score

the email must include all information or it will not be processed
